Arrival and departure

Check-in: your room is available from 03.00 pm
If you arrive after 06.00pm, please inform us.
Check-out: Please leave your room by 11.00 am.

Prices

Prices are per person and stay for standard occupancy in the double room. Board as stated. Not including visitor’s tax.

short stay: 1 or 2 nights: 10 % surcharge
special events, aso.: 1 – 7 nights: 10 % surcharge
double room for single occupancy: 30 % surcharge
third person, 15 years: + 10 % discount in the double room with two full-paying adults

Cancellation

The following conditions apply when canceling your holiday:

 - Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
 - Cancellation from 30 days before arrival: total travel price is due for payment
 - No-show or early departure: Total travel price is payable

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Room request

We gladly receive your wishes concerning floors or room numbers. We regret, however, that we cannot guarantee a particular room number.
